What happens when the Kevo app shuts down?
After November 14, 2025, you will no longer be able to use the Kevo app or web portal to manage your lock. Your physical key and Key Fob will still function.
Do I need to replace my Kevo lock?
You can continue to use your Kevo lock with a physical key or Key Fob, but to regain digital access, upgrading to a new lock is recommended.
How long is my promo code valid?
Your promo code is valid through December 14, 2025. Be sure to redeem it before then!
Are there other Level locks I can purchase?
Yes! Visit our All Products page to see our full range of smart locks and accessories. Keep in mind, this special offer is only valid for Level Lock+.
Are there other Baldwin locks I can purchase?
Yes! Baldwin Engineered with Level products are also available. Baldwin Concierge can walk you through these options at 1-800-437-7448.

Yes, you can add on a Level Connect, Level Keypad, Key Fobs, Level Batteries.
If I buy Halo through Level, who manages the warranty/support?
Please direct all warranty questions or support for Halo to Kwikset or visit kwikset.com/halo/support. Any warranty or support for Level products will be through Level.
Halo locks follow Kwikset's warranty policy outlined in full here; 1 year electronic limited warranty, and a finish/mechanical warranty that's in effect as long as said Purchaser occupies the residential premises upon which the Product was originally installed (“Warranty Period”).
Level locks follow Level's warranty policy outlined in full here; for a period of 2 years from shipment (“Warranty Period"), Level Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
